Our Guisachan Project was a two phase project. We were able to take a semi-converted garage recreation room and create a three bedroom secondary suite turning this 3 bedroom home into a 6 bedroom home. Such a huge change, and don’t worry there’s still an attached and detached garage and three, yes three, driveways so still no pinch on parking! This suite proves that you don’t need super high-end finished to update your home either. We put in durable water-proof vinyl plank which is perfect for basements and ground floors.
